Interested in virtual/online counseling? Great! Let's keep it simple.

To get ready you will need either: a smartphone, or desk/laptop, or iPad.  Then you will download the Zoom application found either at Zoom website, or in the app store to the device(s) of your choice. Zoom works best on Chrome. Now you're set!

Once you have been set up and confirmed for an appointment by our administrative staff you will receive an automated email notice of your appointment about 1-2 days beforehand. Also, your counselor will email you a link to access the zoom meeting room the day before, or the day of your session.

At the time of your appointment click the link that your counselor emailed you, and you will be in the session with your counselor. You will reschedule directly with your counselor.
